Working principle |
Forced circulation evaporation concentration and crystallization: The feed liquid enters the evaporator after being preheated by the feed pump through the non-condensable gas preheater and condensate preheater. The feed liquid in the heat exchanger tube of the evaporator is heated by the steam in the shell process and enters the separator for gas-liquid separation, and continuously circulates between the evaporator and the separator under the action of the circulating pump. The concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom of the separator, and the feed liquid that does not reach the concentration enters the evaporator to continue to circulate, and the feed liquid that reaches the concentration is discharged from the system; the secondary steam enters the steam compressor from the top of the separator to compress, increase the temperature and enthalpy, and then enters the shell side of the evaporator as a heat source to heat the feed liquid. The condensed water and non-condensable gas are discharged from the system after heat exchange between the preheater and the feed liquid.
